Cuts: Sirloin and T-Bone steaks, Round steaks, Sirloin Tip Roast, Rump Roast, Stew Beef, Flank steak, and Ground Beef.

FORE QUARTER:

Price includes cutting, Wrapping and freezing.

We cut and wrap to your specifications.

  

Cuts: Rib steaks, Chuck roasts, Shoulder roasts, Short Ribs, Brisket, Stew Beef, and Ground Beef.

 

*Approximately 30% loss through cutting (bones and fat).

 


 

HALF BEEF (better known as a SIDE OF BEEF):

 

This consists of the Hind Quarter and Fore Quarter combined.

 

250/300 Lbs. hanging weight @ market price

Price includes cutting, wrapping and freezing.

We cut and wrap to you specifications.

 

*Approximately 30% loss through cutting (bones and fat).

 

Delivery takes two to three weeks, depending on how busy we are.

 


 

30% loss pricing formula 

Example: 250 X $2.69 = $672.50

250 X .30 = 75 lbs. loss leaving approx. 175 lbs. (in freezer).

This amount varies depending on cutting instructions.
